Frequently asked questions
How does per-vehicle pricing work?+
You pay a monthly fee for each active vehicle in your fleet. The first 3 vehicles are always free on every plan, so you can try Kedra without any commitment. Vehicles can be added or removed at any time and billing adjusts automatically.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No. All Kedra plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Direct Debit for UK bank accounts. Annual billing is available for a 15% discount.
Do you offer discounts for larger fleets?+
The Fleet Pro plan supports unlimited vehicles. If you manage a large fleet and need volume pricing, get in touch and we can discuss options.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. During this time you can export everything as CSV. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including SOC 2 compliance, regular penetration testing, and role-based access controls. Your fleet data is hosted in UK data centres.
Can I try Kedra before committing to a paid plan?+
Yes. Every account starts with 3 free vehicles on any plan, with no credit card required. This lets you explore the full feature set of your chosen plan before scaling up.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Kedra is priced per vehicle only. Your whole team — dispatchers, managers, drivers, accountants — all get access at no extra cost. We think per-user pricing is a tax on collaboration.
